Garden Love

I love having a garden! Teaching my girls to love it as much as I do has been much more fun than I thought. Last year, Ella was my tomato picker. It was her job to pick them and help me water. This year, Mattie will get to help with a task as well. 

So far, they've both been intrigued and every day Ella asks me if it is going to rain. She wants rain so badly. Because "it'll make the veggies grow fast."

This year we are attempting to grow cantaloupe, mini sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, cucumber, green beans, strawberries, cilantro, and sweet mint. 

I can't wait to taste them all!
