Happy 8 Weeks

This girl LOVES to smile.

Mattie is a great baby. Her sister adores her and I think the feeling is mutual. When they both lay on the play mat, Mattie lights up. If Ella is close by, she is always watching what she's doing. I'm sure she'll be trying to do everything like her big sister sooner than we realize (or want).

She does a great job of sleeping at night. Still inconsistent, but most of the time she'll have a 5 hour stretch after her late evening feeding. And thankfully, she has always gone back to sleep after her nighttime feedings. Yay!

Poor second child has only had 5 baths. Luckily she smells like a rose. ;)

Mattie wears size 1 diapers, size 3 month clothes and had a 4.5 oz bottle last night for the sitter. When she nurses, she does a great job and is (usually) completely done in 20 minutes-ish.
