We had a great Halloween with plenty of treats!
The big girls have been talking about being Zarina and Tinkerbell for months, so I was thankful that they were still excited about their picks when it was time for Halloween. They loved playing the part of fairies and enjoyed having a reason to wear dress up clothes some place other than our house. Daddy even dressed up as Hook... the girls LOVED it!
This was our first year to do true trick-or-treating. In the past, we've done trunk-or-treat at church and enjoyed going through the dorms at OC, but on Halloween we've always just stopped by a few houses of some special families that we love to hang out for a bit and show off costumes. This year was bittersweet that we couldn't do that, but the girls definitely fell in love with going house to house and filling their buckets, yet again.
As soon as we settled on the name Charlotte, I knew that she had to be a spider for her first Halloween. I came across the perfect costume at JBF a few months ago, and made my shirt to match. She obviously had a blast!
