Between the Girls

Conversations between these two rascals cracks me up.

While playing this evening, they're both doing their own thing. Ella's playing with magnets and Mattie is playing with anything she can get her hands on. Mattie took the mirror magnet off of the board and tries to hide it from her big sis. Of course, Ella notices and starts to get upset and hollers "give me back, give me back!" And of course tries to rip it out of her hands. I calmly have Ella come talk to me and say, "Ella, I bet if you let Mattie look at the mirror for just a little bit, she'll be done with it soon and you can have it back. Ok?"

Ella then goes over to her little sister and says, 

"Give this back to me because that's called respect."
