Matt’s been getting on to me for a few days now to write this post…. I suppose for obvious reasons. Mattie officially says “dada.” And she even makes a noise that sounds eerily similar to “ella". But no “mama.” I try to convince her to say it, but she just smiles.

I just carried her for 9 months, got weekly shots in the booty, and gained many more stretch marks than I can count.

But I’m not bitter.
