When she grows up

Ella is determined to be a doctor when she “gets bigger.”

When I was pregnant with Mattie, she loved going with me to my appointments and was always excited when I got my weekly shots. She even started giving pretend shots to us at home. She still gives them to us actually. Earlier this week, Ella got the flu mist and was heartbroken the rest of the day that it was the mist instead of the shot.

Silly girl.

Almost every day this week, she’s played doctor with her baby dolls. She loves to tuck them in to bed and make them feel better. Oh, and I can’t forget… she loves to check their ears to make sure there are no boo-boos.

I love her imagination and watching her play!
