A few weeks ago we started making Ella pick up her toys before naptime and before bedtime. Up until then, we always did the work for her…. well, not anymore!
She still needs guidance in picking up, but once she starts putting everything away, she really gets into it. In fact, as she’s cleaning up she sings “clean up, clean up, clean up” to herself.
Am I naive to think it’ll always be this easy? :)
