We've been working with Ella on her pincher grip. Her main practice is picking up puffs and eating them as her afternoon snack. When she first started eating puffs, I was the one to put them to her mouth and she'd eat and enjoy. It was easy for her. Now I'll put one puff in the palm of my hand at a time for her to pick up. Most of the time I make her do the "work", but sometimes she'll have a "lazy" moment. Instead of using her fingers, she'll lean over with her mouth open wide and eat from my hand.
I can't help but to laugh every time.
