5 Months

My baby is 5 months old and she is such a happy little girl.

Mattie wants to be moving so badly. We're constantly finding her on her hands and knees rocking back and forth. Before we know it, she'll be crawling all over our house and keeping us on our toes. She even tries to push herself into a sitting position from laying down. The balance and core strength isn't quite there, but she is oh so close.

People are always commenting on her beautiful smile and big blue eyes. She is known by her teachers at church as such a happy baby and she rarely gives them any troubles.

She is growing like crazy and we can hardly believe that she's already 5 months old! Mattie mostly wears 6 months clothes, but can also wear some 9 month stuff. I don't think it'll be long before that's all she's in. Still in a size 2 diaper, but with daily blowouts, we may move her to the next size up and see if that'll help.

Mattie continues to watch Ella at all times. She wants to know what she's doing and it's only a matter of time before she's following behind Ella's every steps.
